My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and a few challenges. The rooms, although clean and spacious, were unfortunately located next to noisy areas, but the bathroom was lovely with great amenities. The service was superb, with helpful staff providing valuable information about the city. The location was excellent for sightseeing and business, close to major attractions. However, the dining options were not up to the standard I expected from this type of hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was spacious with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and a good selection of breakfast food. It offered excellent value for money considering the high prices in Boston, but it was not ready at check-in despite requesting early check-in. The service was top-notch, with staff ready to meet the cab, providing brilliant assistance, and being gracious and accommodating. The location was beautiful right on the Harbor, near the airport, city attractions, and with a nice boardwalk.
